Shipping Policy for Kaizen texo Fab

Our Commitment

Kaizen texo Fab is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We prioritize prompt service, and most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, except on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready. While we strive to ship within 24-48 hours, please allow for a possible delay of up to 72 hours in case of unforeseen circumstances from our manufacturing or design units.
• Delivery Time: All domestic orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Once dispatched, it typically takes a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 working days for your order to be delivered, depending on your location.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery across India, we partner with a network of trusted courier services. Our primary shipping partners include:

The shipping charge in India is calculated based on the delivery location and is designed to maintain a high level of service and on-time delivery.

Important Information

• Order Cut-off Times: The order processing times we provide are guidelines and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization.
• Order Redirection: We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
• Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship items that are restricted, banned, or prohibited by our courier partners. This includes, but is not limited to, bullion, currency, precious metals and stones, firearms, and illegal narcotics.

Insurance and Proof of Delivery

Kaizen texo Fab insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a different recipient (e.g., for a gift), you accept that their signature (or a signature at that delivery address) serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Kaizen texo Fab.

Taxes (Goods & Services Tax - GST)

For all customers within India, Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be charged as per government regulations.

• How GST is Applied: GST is applicable to all products sold on our platform. The final GST amount is determined by the product category and the location of the warehouse from which your order is shipped.
• GST Rates:
  • Apparel/Clothing: A maximum of 12% of the net payable amount may be collected.
  • Accessories/Other Categories: A maximum of 28% of the net payable amount may be collected.
• Final Invoice: The GST amount shown in your cart is an estimate. The final, accurate GST calculation will be reflected on your official invoice after your order is placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility:

• COD is available for orders with a total value between ₹600 and ₹30,000.
• Orders with a value below ₹600 or above ₹30,000 must be prepaid.

COD Charges:

A non-refundable COD handling charge is applied to your order based on its value. This fee is in addition to the product price and any applicable delivery charges.

Please Note:

• All listed prices and charges are inclusive of GST.
• The COD charge is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
• We encourage you to use our prepaid options (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Transfer) to avoid COD charges.
